I Just Wanted To Send A Quick Note To Share My Thoughts On The Service I Received Today From Your Company.
I Called This Morning To Request An Appointment And The Woman I Spoke With Was Friendly, Courteous And Professional. She Was Able To Set Up An Appointment For Me Today For An Issue I Was Having With A Washing Machine At My Parent's Home In Clinton. Alex Hernandez Arrived A Little While Later And From The Moment He Came To The Door, He Too Was Friendly, Courteous And Professional. After Some Serious Trouble Shooting And Identification Of Possible Issues, Alex Was Able To Fix The Problem On Our Older Machine And Brought It Back To Life. Given My Level Of Satisfaction With His Service, I Tried To Tip Alex But He Refused. I'm Not Sure If This Is Company Policy But I Was Suprised And Seriously Admired His Work Ethic.
Our Culture Has A Lot Of Toxic Stuff In It Right Now So When I See Someone Doing It Right, I Am Trying To Make More Of An Effort To Share My Thoughts And Say Thanks. Alex Is A Big Asset To Your Company And I Hope He Is Recognized For His Efforts.
